Trevor Kincy / Tallest Giant
I build things.
And everything
around them.
I’m Trevor Kincy. I’m Tallest Giant.
My work spans product design, backend engineering and bare-metal infrastructure across multiple servers. It draws on twenty years in technology, business leadership and operations.

What I build.
Apps and games. Platforms that run physical operations. Websites, and the back ends behind them.
Our Dacha brings couples into a shared digital home. PangeaOS is the operating system I built to coordinate my work. At Sulaco, I build Bishop, the runtime, simulation and operator software for physical operations, along with the infrastructure that brings those systems together.

How I work.
I design and build complete systems, from the product to the infrastructure underneath it.
I set the direction, shape the architecture and carry the work through to operation. PangeaOS brings specialist AI, shared knowledge and working tools into a system I built to support that work.

Before this.
Twenty years in technology, more than ten of them in executive roles.
Most recently group chief operating officer of a 1,200-plus person technology group, where operating cost came down 75 percent and delivery throughput went up 65 percent. Named inventor on four WIPO-published patents. US Navy veteran. Along the way, founder of the companies whose work is on this site.
The Builder’s Course
I also teach.
Six weeks, live.
Build your own system for building with AI.
A live course for non-technical people ready to move beyond basic LLM chat. Applications are open.
