What this site collects

There are no visitor accounts or advertising on this site. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. Google Analytics collects information about visits, devices, browsers, approximate location, and activity on the site, and uses first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google processes that information under its privacy policy. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser. The site also stores one value in your browser's local storage: your light or dark mode choice. It stays on your device.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs that processing.

Course applications

If you apply for a course, we collect the information you enter in the application: your name, email address, project idea, location or time zone, availability, and any optional professional, AI-use, link, or referral details you choose to provide. We use it to review your fit for the course, contact you about the application, and administer admissions.

Applications are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. A copy is sent through Resend to Tallest Giant's support inbox, and Resend sends the confirmation email to you. Cloudflare and Resend process this information as service providers to Tallest Giant. We do not use an application for unrelated marketing, sell it, or share it for behavioral advertising.

Email and support

If you email hello@tallestgiant.com or send a support request, we receive what you send, including your email address. We use it to reply and handle your request. Mail is handled by Google Workspace.

How information is kept and disclosed

We keep applications, email, and support information only as long as reasonably needed for admissions, course administration and records, security, and legal obligations. We may disclose information to the service providers named above, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service, or prevent fraud or abuse. Those providers may process information in the United States and other places where they operate.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing hello@tallestgiant.com. We may retain information when required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping needs.

Products

Apps and products built by Tallest Giant (such as Our Dacha) have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them. The Our Dacha privacy policy explains how Tallest Giant handles data in that service.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact
