    One problem. A real plan.

    $2,500 fixed discovery. A working session and written plan covering the approach, priorities, risks and a budget range for one problem.

  3. 03 / Build & run

    Finish what we agree.

    Each milestone has a written outcome, from the product and backend to releases, recovery and handover.

How scope and pricing work

Discovery is $2,500 fixed for one clearly defined problem. We agree the scope before starting. I review the information you share, lead a working session and write the plan. It’s yours to use with any team. Larger investigations are scoped and quoted separately.

FDE delivery is quoted by milestone at estimated days × $3,500 and paid separately. Scope changes get a revised estimate and change order. The day rate stays the same. All prices exclude taxes; days aren’t metered in hours. Ongoing operation can be the next milestone.
